Hi, I’m Claudia
I’m a certified health & life coach, cancer advocate, MBA, and mom of three.
I know what it’s like to juggle a lot — raising three kids, being a professional, and then navigating a health challenge on top of it.
After going through that myself, I saw how hard it is to take care of yourself while holding everything else together.
Now I support women who are holding a lot and navigating life after health transitions — helping them move through their days in a way that feels more aligned with what actually matters, instead of just pushing through.
I also collaborate with cancer organizations and advocacy groups to help bring the patient voice into survivorship care and education.
