Hi, I’m Claudia

I support women navigating cancer survivorship
and midlife transitions —

helping them feel more steady, clear,
and like themselves again.

A little about Me

After a career in healthcare and management consulting — and years at home raising my three children — I expected to return to work.

Instead, I found myself navigating cancer, medical menopause, and the complex reality of survivorship — while still being a mom and caregiver.

There was no clear roadmap for that stage of life.

So I rebuilt slowly.

Through small, realistic shifts in how I nourished my body, moved, rested, and lived — not perfectly, but in a way that actually worked for my real life.

That journey reshaped not only my health, but my identity and how I wanted to live.

Today, I support women navigating survivorship and midlife transitions — helping them move from feeling overwhelmed and stretched to more steady, clear, and supported in their daily lives.

I’m a certified Health & Life Coach supporting women navigating
cancer survivorship and midlife transitions —helping them feel more steady, clear, and like themselves again.

Advocacy and Community Work

Alongside my coaching work, I’m actively involved in the breast cancer community as an advocate and educator.

I’ve been part of organizations and initiatives focused on patient education, survivorship, and supporting women navigating the realities of life after cancer.

This work continues to shape how I support my clients — bridging lived experience, community, and practical support.

“I’m not doing less, but I feel completely different. I’m more calm, more present, and I don’t react the same way anymore.”

“I still have the thoughts, but they don’t take over the same way anymore. I feel more steady — and more like myself again.”

“I didn’t realize how much mental load I was carrying. Now I feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of my days.”

“I am clearly saying what I need now and listen to my body instead of pushing it. Even my blood pressure is lower.”

You don’t have to figure this out on your own.
